Credits are issued upon returning or exchanging a product online.
Once the returned item has passed our quality check process, we issue a credit code of the value of the product which can be redeemed on your next purchase online during checkout.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order online. You will be refunded against a credit code which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly.
This credit code that is generated against your return/exchange is applicable at the time of checkout, the final stage of placing the order online.
All credit codes have a validity of 6 months from the date of issue.
